We offer standard and express shipping options across Australasia. Standard shipping within Australia is $9.95 and takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is $14.95 with 1-2 business day delivery. New Zealand shipping starts at $14.95 for standard (5-7 days) and $24.95 for express (2-3 days). International shipping rates vary by destination.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Yes! We offer special pricing for schools, chess clubs, and organizations ordering in bulk. Discounts start at 10% for orders over $500 and can go up to 25% for very large orders. Please contact our wholesale team with details about your organization and needs to receive a custom quote.
